The Codemasters, Dirt 5 signature earth racing game will be launched later this year. It was a bumpy race (word game) for the franchise in 2020, because the release date of Dirt 5 was repulsed twice. However, it seems that we now have a firm date for the next game.
Originally, Dirt 5 was launch scheduled on October 9th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. In early August, however, the Dirt team announced on social networks that the release date would be postponed from one week to October 16, with early access to the game planned for the opening of October 13.
This expected release date, however, did not last long. On September 7, the Dirt team announced a second delay, repelling the release date to November 6 for the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and the PC. People who pre-ordered the amplified edition will receive advance access to Dirt 5 from November 3rd.
Dirt 5 will also arrive on the next generation of consoles. The last franchise opus will be fully optimized for new generation platforms, and Dirt 5 will, in fact, be a launch title for the Xbox Series X. The new generation edition of Dirt 5 will be released on November 10 for the Xbox Series X. The PlayStation 5 version of Dirt 5 does not have an output date for the moment.
A Google Stadia version of Dirt 5 will be launched in 2021.
