The titles from the Call of Duty series are known to be true storage space. At first glance, the newly announced COD Vanguard looks comfortably space-saving on the Xbox Series X / S. However, you should enjoy the indication of 95 GB with caution. We explain why.
So much space needs Vanguard
That's why it works: Entries in the Microsoft Store reveal how much space you need for the newly announced Call of Duty Vanguard. In the version for Xbox Series X / S, the approximate size with only 95 GB is indicated, which is pleasantly little compared to the previous titles.
But beware: Not all contents are considered. In this specification, content packs could be missing, which are mandatory to play certain modes. The size of the standard edition for the Xbox One is indicated with 175 GB. With the Ultimate Edition and the Cross Bundle, it is even 270 GB.
However, it looks like the latter versions for Xbox One, Series X and the beta are calculated, while usually only one of them would be installed. For example, the two previous games could also be uninstalled the campaign to save space. Since the game appears only in November, the sizes can change again.
So big is the beta: The required storage space for the beta is given with 50 GB.
