When does GTA 5 appear for PS5 and Xbox Series X / S?
Currently GTA 5 can be played thanks to downward compatibility on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. However, these are the PS4 and Xbox One versions that are not optimized for the more powerful consoles.

What new content gets GTA 5 on the next gene consoles?
